This role is instrumental in coordinating plant access, providing administrative support, and managing plant warehouse activities at the Riverton Power Plant. The role demands a detail oriented individual capable of integrating SAP functionalities into administrative support and warehouse management.
Accountabilities
Direct phone calls, complete credit card accounting, procure and manage office supplies, coordinate meetings.
Coordinating plant access and contractor safety orientation.
Use SAP to manage warehouse activities including ordering material, writing purchase requisitions, storing material, and performing cycle counts.
Manage material staging prior to planned outages. Organize material into work packages for use by maintenance personnel.
Filing, copying documents, sending, and receiving correspondence.
Procuring and managing office supplies.
Managing overtime lists in adherence with the agreements of the CBA.
Other tasks as assigned by Riverton Plant management.
Education and Experience
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a related field
